I've seen the bottle for several weeks now, but decided to finally pick it up and try it. It is a very interesting blend as the tart and dry of the Tempranillo offsets the lush of the Cabernet Sauvignon; it's like a couple that you think are romantically doomed to fail, but they have the most wonderful relationship out there.

This wine is silky, but juxtaposed with tannins; it has blackberry and cherry that is contrasted by spice. This is a wine that you to a lover during an argument over dinner that will just get them to shut up and give you a minute while this titillates their taste buds and somewhat befounds their brains.

This wine is a winner; I can't wait to taste the white.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
