Truth be told, I hate the naming of wines in certain
official regions, because you might never know what the
blend really is, and after loving a wonderful Est! Est!
Est!!! from Cantini di Montefiascone, but I always still
love the wonderful things that you can find in mistakes.
This wine is great, though it's technically dry, but it
really doesn't matter. This wine has the perfect blend of
citrus and acidity, and I would say just a little bit of fruit.
