This week, while picking up a few bottles to celebrate a
new client project, I saw this bottle on the shelf, and the
simplistic, yet elegantly stylish label got me; the label
reminded me of some type of poster that one would see in
maybe 17th century France.
Upon trying it, it brightened my taste buds and
reaffirmed why Sauvignon Blanc has been one of my favorite
grapes for the past year. This wine has a very fresh and
uplifting taste, as well as it doesn't overwhelm you with
raw citrus, but has a demure, yet ecstatic, acidity to it
that reminds you of an elegant martini.
This wine is a keeper!
