I usually have to force myself to drink regular reds simply because they are normally heavier than white and I like something that I can have a glass or two of and still be able to work coherently.

This wine has very low tannins and is complemented by a nice shot of dark fruit/berries with a quick drop-off, but a nice smooth finish. The color is a nice dark and inky purple that you would think of in regards to regal robes.

I give this a 9 and highly recommend it to everyone. Now, I am on an inquisitive quest to see what else this company has released.

P.S. This is also great for the ladies.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
