What other title could I give this one? This is the second dry white wine that I have had in a couple of days, and I was actually shocked that 13% Semillon would overpower 87% Chenin Blanc. And this brings me to something else, I must honestly admit that the Semillon grape fools my tongue and that I can't taste anything at all. What I get from this a dry white that reminds me of a Sancerre and that's all I get. Again, this wine would be perfect with fowl as long as that fowl came with a nice gravy on it, otherwise, this kind of has hints of a palate cleanser, and those aren't necessarily what you want to drink all day.
