Sometimes, I wonder what type of title to put on a review. The most interesting thing about this wine was the proceeds go to cardiovascular research in honor of the company founders.

Like many 'Cabs,' I think that this has an excellent taste, and it was something that I was delighted in a nice morning sip over the course of two weeks. Oh, let me be honest, it was a morning swig; there are benefits to wine in the morning.

It's higher alcohol content gives it a fuller body, but this wine is infused with a nice dryness as well.

Best served with red meat.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
