This is probably the second time that I have had this wine, but the first time that I got the chance to review it.

First off, the weight of this wine on your tongue is just right, not too light and not too heavy, and the finish lasts for at least twelve seconds. You can definitely taste the pear and the citrus, and even a hint of vanilla as they accurately, and there is also the subtle characteristics that the oak barrels imparted to the wine, which again, are not too pronounced; and this is a good thing.

True to the 'American' tradition of doing things, this wine has an alcohol percentage of 13.8% which is enough to loosen you up a bit without making you a complete blabbering idiot.

I could easily enjoy this with about any seafood dish, or my aunt and uncle's Tarragon Chicken.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
