It's too bad that in this country, Zinfandel is
oft-mistaken for White Zinfandel, that Kool-Aid masquerading
as a wine. If only people knew the truth...
This Zin is very complex, and in this cold weather, it is
warming the hell out of my ears. While I don't like is as
much as their Paso Robles Zin, this is still a divine
beauty, chock full of dark fruit (plums, blackberries) and
that dark chocolate taste. Very smooth, with a silken
delivery, this wine will turn up any romance, if not start one.
