High in minerality, grass and green herb flavors [or
freshness], this wine isn't bad, as there is no overly
cloying citrus aspects that are known to many New World Sauv
Blancs. The taste is clean and there is just the slightest
bit of petrol character to the finish.
This wine would go perfect with seafood and fresh cut
veggies, of which I am thinking prepared asparagus, as well
as broccoli.
Ample, but not phenomenal, but they do have a reserve one
as well that I am waiting to try.
