So, it's been awhile since I have had the prototypical Kiwi Sauv Blanc which has great clean citris and ample acidity and this wine filled that bill. Honestly, it's the second bottle of it as I didn't write a review when I drank the first one.

The citrus is a very demure lemon, not too overbearing, and actually great with anything. It reminds me of the lemon component for a typical Ethiopian vinaigrette (shout out to Kaffa Krossing in West Philly). The color is a pale yellow and the body is very easy to drink down. In fact, I had this with twenty wings from the Checkers over at 43rd & Market Streets (Philly), and it was the perfect compliment.

As this is a Premium Collection wine (don't know if you'll find it anywhere else), pick up several bottles before you can't find it anymore.

We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
