Simply Naked is a producer that I have come across in the past year, and I must say that I am totally in love with their Sauvignon Blanc.  While at a store, I decided to also pick up the Cab, and while I can taste a just a little twinge of metal, this isn't a bad wine.  It does have some evident berry flavors, but it's not strong nor powerful; I know, I know, you don't get that do you?

This is a very approachable red wine, and one that just about anyone can drink; it's not too much of a stretch from a rosé.  The color is a nice purple, the weight has a little heft and the feel is that of a very light velvet.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
