There was an earthquake in Chile in 2010 and as 2009 barrels were tossed about and destroyed, the bottler salvaged what he could and made this Earthquake Blend.

The color is a very deep purple and the feel has an edge of silk in the finish.  The taste is resplendent of tobacco, leather and a little bit of dark plums.  There is also an air of smokyness in the aroma and taste as well.  The finish is not too short and not too long, but just right.  Make I should call it 'Goldilocks!'

This wine would be perfect with game meats, especially venison or boar, or any of the delectable hams coming out of Italy.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
