I was looking for something different and happened across this cremant.  Cremants are also like champagne in how they are made but usually the grape blends are different.  In this case, it is Chenin Blanc and Chardonnay.  This has a tartness and a sweetness that reminds me of sweet tarts candy.  Not bad.  This is something that should be tried.
