This is the summer of Riesling, and with it, I learned a lot more about this grape which threw out most of what I thought about this grape.  Considered the most noble grape, Riesling can do many things depending upon what you do with it, and sweet is just one aspect that many Americans think it only to be.

This one gives you plenty of white peach; clean, crisp and delectable. This is a sophisticated wine, which could go well at the end of the evening, or early in the morning.  This is one of those wines that will begin to move people away from sweet candy wines, to start enjoying other more interesting wines.  And the nose on this wine is very floral.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
