This wine used to be one of my stalwarts for Sauvignon Blanc when I made my wine runs, but lately I have been focusing more on Bordeaux style blends and Zinfandels, but I still have to pick up some whites every now and then.  This wine has become more refined in it's fruit/flavor profile, still yielding citrus (lemon/lime) but the acidity has toned down so well, that after your immediate taste, you can then pick out fruits like melon, honeysuckle and guava.  Very balanced and with a floral nose, this is a wine that should be tried at least once.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
