This wine has a subtle juicyness which gets to you after awhile. It does have some nice flavors underneath which take you some time to differentiate from the tastes of tobacco and leather. This one is a blend of 37% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Syrah, 16% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 3% Malbec, 3% Sangiovese, 3% Petit Verdot, and 1% Carmenere. Oh, and of course the Petit Verdot gives it some smokyness as well.
