And I know that that sounds weird, but it is true, as I opened this bottle either early yesterday or two days ago.  Basic characteristics is that it is nice and dark, and filled with a luscious underbelly of dark cherries and plums.  If yuou know what Wishniak means, then you know this wine.  Not too strong and definitely not weak, this does deliver a consistent quality of slight depth that probably would be great with something like a roast or some game meats.  it might even pair well with goose or duck.  The weight is middle of the road, and the finish isn't long, but for the price this is a clear winner.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
