While the Italians are known for their red wines, and their dry wines, regardless of type, I think that this was my first time trying an Italian Chardonnay, but I had to see what else they have to offer outside of my traditional paisan pics.

If you are used to the California style chardonnay releases, then this might not be for you, but if you are willing to try something different, that probably goes well with a pesto based dish, then this wine would definitely fit the bill.

The taste is not too strong, but has an interesting twist to it that would play well with pasta and green veggies.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
