While I am in the process of locating more of my now favorite Zinfandel, as well as waiting for the next release of it to come out, I figured that i would give this one a try.  This wine is very fruit forward with dark cherries and a slight touch of leather but it lands on the back of your through and stays there for at least a minute, providing an interesting warmth behind your Adam's apple -- if you have one -- that begs for more.

This wine is not too complex, but probably would be a great accompanient to a rich chocolate cake.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
