So, at the behest of the local rep for Chateuau Ste. Michelle, I decided to try this wine.  This wine has a severe overcurrent of coffee and toffee atop concentrated dark fruit.  While some might be able to discern the berry flavors, I get the toffee and coffee which remind me of Breyer's coffee ice cream and also remind me of toffee candy I had during my youth.

Other than that, the finish stays with you for about a minute and this wine would go great with things like poultry other than chicken; I am making some duck today.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
