I almost wholeheartedly fell in love with this wine upon first smelling its bouquet, which is strong [in the force] in it's alcohol content.  However,  when you sip it, you are immediately given to a tart peak and immediately the flavor of some deep blueberries combined with a little dark cherries.  This is quite an interesting taste, but given maybe a couple more years of aging, this wine will turn into something else [which will be more majestic] entirely.  The finish isn't bad, almost imparting just a little bit of green peppers and a hint of nut or vanilla at the faintest level.

Our Mission: The Black Winer strives to expose African Americans [and others] to wines, without the flair, stuffiness, and airs of elitism and snobbery that you get from sommeliers and high level wine enthusiasts. We believe in finding something that you like the taste of, outside of the basic brands that you have been force-fed over the years through a combination of ethnically targeted advertising, and what people in your family have historically been drinking.
